Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is damage or a defect in your order. Claim Submission Policy for Damage or Defect

In the unfortunate event that your Corley Collection product arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, we will gladly address the issue and provide a resolution as per our claim submission policy. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Supporting Information: To expedite the claim process, please provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the damage or defect. Including all packaging, damaged or not. This information will help us assess the issue more effectively.

  3. Review and Resolution: Our team will review your claim promptly and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

Fabric Sample Recommendation

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your custom-made Corley Collection product, we strongly recommend purchasing a fabric sample before placing your order. Fabric samples allow you to examine the material, texture, and color in person, helping you make an informed decision about your purchase.

Note: Please understand that as our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or defects in accordance with this policy.
